hello sir, hope you are safe. I just started with management accounting and was reading chapter 1 through the book and it has various types of accounting topic named cost revenue profit and investment centres. do I need to focus on this topic or just read it?
January 17, 2021 at 10:13 am #606172The exam will test you on all of the topics.
All of them are covered in our free lectures to the level required for the exam. The lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
The only essential book you need is a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers because it is full of exam-standard questions for practice, and practice is vital to passing the exam.
January 17, 2021 at 2:08 pm #606209the specific topic is not discussed in the lectures and the notes, that is why I am asking you
January 17, 2021 at 3:09 pm #606218The syllabus does not actually mention divisional performance or the different types of divisions (that is more for Paper PM).
So by all means read the differences, but any calculations are as explained in the lectures.
January 17, 2021 at 3:26 pm #606227okay, thank sir for the help!
