aren’t indirect labour paid basic pay for general overtime?
because, I saw a case where they did not calculate and add basic pay for general overtime, for indirect labour , while they had done overtime
All labour will normally be paid extra above their basic pay for working overtime.
However everything paid to indirect workers (including overtime) is an indirect cost.
