Good morning Mike,
Ref: OpenTuition notes Chapter 11 Accounting for Investments in Associates
Example 2: Why the proposed dividends by Maris ($1500) weren’t deducted in the Cons. Statement of Profit or Loss?
Thanks.
Hi
I wonder if this line in the question has anything to do with it?
“Maris has not accounted for the dividend from Girts which was proposed prior to the year end.”
Ok thanks.
You’re welcome
