hello, just wondering if anyone has any issues accessing studyhub? everytime I log in through MyACCA or alternate login, it fails saying user is invalid, user already in platform. it definitely isnt a technical error considering I followed all troubleshooting steps and use multiple different devices, please assist if anyone has experienced this before.
