Hi everyone,
I purchased EPSM in 2020, I haven’t finished as I focused on another paper.
After I completed the paper I tried to access EPSM and finish it through myacca->my qualification—> launch EPSM, but there are nothing there except showing the purchase courses of EPSM and FIP.
I have sent the e-mail to ACCA Connect, what they said are I can access to it once I have purchased, and also told me a new token has been registered, but I will can’t make it.
I am quite frustrated what I have to do to access to it.

If you go through this route https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us when you choose EPSM module topic under “Ethics modules” there is a link to “try our trouble shooting steps”. I that does not resolve, I suggest you try the “Do you want to chat with one of our agents?” option.

I tried it and now is in the loop that staff of ACCA Connect told me has passed the inquiry to IT dep. They said a new token for accessing my EPSM without the path and steps, I can only keep asking how to access it.

You’re very welcome! It isn’t an issue I’ve seen reported before, but I’m sure it will be resolved.
It is sorted out finally.
