Hello i was asking that should we read these notes and watch these lectures for march 2018 computer exams? I mean are the good to go or they need to be updated or something?

Yes, the current syllabus is valid from Sept 2017 to June 2018. There is no change to what you need to know for computer based exams, only the format is slightly different.
