Hi
I started my ACCA in 2019 was allowed 3 exemption for applied knowledge which I didn’t take up, I have passed my AB in 2019 and had one try on MA and then had to discontinue due to family reason. However now I have decided to start again but would need to re-register as I couldn’t pay the fees this year.
My question is would I be able to register new instead of re-registering and request for exemption?
Thanks
Phil
Short answer – no
Rules are there for a reason and cannot be circumvented. ACCA’s records will a show that you were previously registered and to pretend otherwise may be grounds for disciplinary action (!)
Exemptions once waived cannot be reclaimed.

If you had any outstanding exam fees these would need to be paid as well as reregistration.
