ACCA Performance Objective (Exemption)

I am working in an ACCA approved employer (GOLD level)
I have accepted the acca membership invitation and send the performance objective exemption form to acca with membership invitation acceptance.

I want to know that how many days ACCA will take to send me the confirmation email of my membership?

My 2nd question is that which documents I would require to produce if selected for PER Audit ? Becasue I have not written performance objectives . I have claimed Exemption.
