ACCA PER Objective 1 : Let me know whether i can claim this !!Help!!

PO1 : Professional Ethics

I am about to finish my internship and claim time for PER but have not really done something very relevant to PO’s

i am working as an finance intern at a airline company and i am responsible for processing refunds and once i processed a refund even though a mail was sent to the whole team to not to process it.

Later when i realized this, i went to my senior and admitted my mistake and asked him for company procedures to reverse the refund.
Fortunately enough, the online booking voucher which was issued to the customer by cancelling the refund was still unutilised and reservation team cancelled the voucher and the matter was resolved.

can this be considered as a professional ethics (honesty) or it has to be some kind of ethical threat or dilemma.Should i submit statement on this issue for PO1.
