Forget the marks! You deserve a medal if you were able to tie the available macro-economic data to the case and make analytical insights out of it.

It really really required a lot of critical thinking! Previous exams had more info in the exhibits in my opinion.

Chill. You didn’t have to mention that I guess. The question asked to evaluate the NPV and question the method of evaluation of NPV.
That wasn’t needed here I guess. You can chill.

    Q1a- 12 marks. 1b- 12 marks. Total 24 marks.
    2a- 10 marks. 2b- 14 marks. Total 24 marks.
    3- 16 marks.
    4a- 8 marks. 4b- 12 marks. Total 20 marks.
Rest 16 marks was Q5. I don’t remember the break up of that

Did anyone use Tuckers 5 forces for the ethical implications of leaving Centrum and closing the stores? Also i really did not know what to say about integrated thinking

I think Q5 was 6 marks for each part and then professional marks in addition

You are just a sadist. U are the only person who is getting irritated.it means it’s your nature and doesn’t respect.Am affiliate now because of open tuition and people comment on the forum that has benefited me. I was humble enough to take advice of those who has sat the paper so even if I don’t make it,i arm myself next sitting adopting their strategy.if it’s not important to you then those who don’t make it will benefit next sitting.infact I passed p6 because of somebody post and I took the advice and it even became my highest score before SBL. Learn to humble yourself and stop been rude because you are not the only one on the forum. Even though am affiliate now, if I had some advice earlier I would have finished the exams 3 years back
Thanks to open tuition someone advice made me an affiliate today you show your disrespect but I will do it for others and it becomes my small way of helping open tuition

If you are an affiliate what the F.. are you doing in here? this will indicate one thing and that is you are a LOSER who has no job and come here to satisfy yourself. go get a job mate. speaking of showing off affiliate my ass I have MSc and BSc from a London based university and work for the top 20s accountancy firm based in London. you can take your humble advise and stick it where the sunset.

I now understand why you are arrogant.i work in the big four accounting firm and did my degree and MBA from top UK university but I won’t brag with it like you. Are you sure you are in London because you are immatured and a villager. I wanted to assist others to pass their SBL not a childish person like you. I won’t respond to u again because it will be waist of time. I will help responsible people.i wonder the kind of degree and masters you did

My brother it depends on you.i did all my course by self study.but you failing p3 means you can’t handle SBL by self study. You need tuition or someone to guide you to master SBL. You need strategy to pass this paper.open tuition has good notes and lectures and you need someone to go through your answer to fine-tune it

Listen up fellow human. Nobody cares what courses you’ve done or where you work or what are you studying. Do you think people cry about the 9/11 incident everyday? Obviously no. When people can forget about such a huge inhumane incident in 10-15 days, what makes you think anyone would give a damn about a stranger’s degree?
Speaking of your degree, unless and until your masters isn’t from Cambridge or Oxford or Stanford or Harvard or University of London or IIMs, keep your mouth shut. Because nobody on earth gives a damn about a master’s degree or an MBA from any other university/institute other than this.
I’m myself on the second last paper of ACCA and pursuing CPA USA. I’ve plans of doing CFA too. But did you see me mention up that till now? No. I had too do it now because you tried humiliating another person for no reason. He/she was just trying to help us!
There are a few people left who help others without getting anything in return. I appreciate this person trying to help us being an ACCA affiliate. If you don’t want then ignore that comment and scroll through. Common sense, which is not as common as it should be. I understand. Have a great day ahead.

I think the question said professional skills marks available for considering the ethical implications of this strategy. So I wrote about job losses and effect on community etc.

I thought it was things like
Growing population and many young – price sensitive
Stable macroeconomic indicators – willingness to spend
Shipping and logistics industry – supporting industry (diamond)

Yes it can be done on self study.i did it self study but looking at the fact that u had problems with P3,i advice that u go for lectures or you get someone who is good at SBL to advice u as to how best to prepare for the exams. I did all my ACCA papers self study but it may not be appropriate for everybody
