Can anyone brief me on what you answered for Section C where we were asked to comment on the way on which the performance of the production manager was assessed, and the way the results was reported by the performance manager to the production manager, please..

I get block model and contribution section C
Contribution just a bit of logic and you can calculate variable cost , than contribution
I dont have idea of 6 part of dimension but thank god they are avaiable. With a bit normal knowledge, i think i had 5/6 of this part
I have 1 hour free but cant sure about some question
