200 transaction cost should also be included. It would be 664 I guess. Btw i have also written 464.

I’m not exactly sure about the dates but as far as I remember it was a 1st year treatment so the 200 TC should be charged to the PnL along with the finance cost. Had it been year 2 the charge to PnL would only include the finance cost

nope! we should just deduct transaction costs from proceeds and not expensed to p/l account.
