I ‘ve failed. The white n grey theory is correct
April 17, 2017 at 12:54 am #381711Failed 47% last exam – lame! Well I got 7 weeks to learn rules this exam is all about rote learning and regurtitation. F6 is more useful.
April 17, 2017 at 1:15 am #381756I passed with 59%! I could access the white grey page, last two sittings I failed I got error, so could be a clue!!
Now an affiliate!! Relief is 95% off my emotion right now.
To anyone that’s failed, trust me, it’s not the end of the world, dust yourself down, rebook and go again. I’ve failed countless times over the years but just keep going, apply yourself (I know it’s obvious) but just do questions! You will get there!!
April 17, 2017 at 1:32 am #381774April 17, 2017 at 1:44 am #381779Passed 81. Now a member! Thank you opentuition.
April 17, 2017 at 1:47 am #381781Spend your day getting over it. Rebookit. Not sure what country you are in, am in UK,all I done was bought the new Kaplan book for questions off eBay the just went through it! Good luck you will get there.
April 17, 2017 at 2:05 am #381796Passed!!! 57%…such a big relief for now as this is my last exam. Affiliate now…
I have failed P6 many times as well as P5 and got depression with ACCA but I kept going and going. Finally this is the day.
So I just want to motivate to my fellow ACCA friends that don’t give up on what you’re doing…

I am from UK. It my first ever acca failed twice. I am so disheartened but will pick myself and start again
I feel like giving up but it’s my last exam. It’s a long journey
April 17, 2017 at 2:16 am #381802You are just going through the motions. Few days this will be a distant memory and you will be focused on the next sitting. Just do the questions, only so many ways they can ask you a question, just do a sample of them all in each bit. Buy a new book, invest in yourself!

Please I would like to know what you did differently to passed? Before the exam and in the exam hall.
ThanksApril 17, 2017 at 2:27 am #381814Questions! I used Kaplan question book and just spent a little bit each night doing questions. Having a go, if did not know, look at answer and then see where figures come from. If needed to refreshed a chapter quickly. But overall, just blasted questions.
There is a link going about, If u are a finalist, click on it before exams are realised, either see error page or white/grey page with details on it. If can access it, signifys a pass possibly and error is a fail. So that’s what’s we mean

What is link please for future reference ?
Many thanks
April 17, 2017 at 8:40 am #381971I passed with a 53% on my second sitting (UK paper), my final paper, now an affiliate.
The secret is doing past exam questions (I did the last four years, all questions) plus read the technical articles on ACCA (very important). I did these with very little tuition as I am working for an NGO in a rural village in Liberia, so if you have tuition then its a plus for you.
In addition, during the exam day, stand in front of the mirror and say to yourself loudly………… I WILL PASS…..
April 17, 2017 at 9:25 am #381992Self study and got 52! Expecting a fail because paper was difficult.
April 17, 2017 at 11:05 am #382052Appears to link theory is correct as i got it in december and failed and sadly i failed again.
My result was a lot better this time round which makes it even more gutting!
April 17, 2017 at 12:07 pm #382077Passed!!!! 54% really thought I had failed but so relieved it’s done. It was my second attempt. I would highly recommend the Kaplan exam kit and just go through the questions in there really helpful.
April 17, 2017 at 4:58 pm #3821971st attempt in December 2016, I got 47.
2nd attempt in March 2017, I got 47 again.
Can anyone advise if a review is recommended??April 17, 2017 at 11:48 pm #382244I used BPP text and kit for this time. I did revision twice for text and most of the questions in exam kit.
As I worked and self studied at the same time, I prepared my own timetable and followed it strictly. This is my key to succeed this time.
April 18, 2017 at 9:32 am #382321To those who passed i need a small advice….
is it possible to clear P6 without attending the class…. by doing self-study and using kaplan books. - AuthorPosts
