Which study materials did you use and also on weekend revision, was it 10/12 hours for both days included or 10/12 hours each day?
10/12 hrs (maximum) of study in total for the whole weekend (sat + sun) – you do not wanna stress yourself too much, especially when there are still some weeks to go!!!
and you were only reading right, which revision kit did you use, if you used them, BPP or KAPLAN?
I prepared on BPP, but this mainly because I used it since I started and get accustomed; personally I never used revision kits, study texts only
Also how far back where you revising the past papers up to, i.e 2011/2010.
the farthest was 2012; this because of changes to syllabus and exam format

Where did you get the study text from, was it the complete study text?
Any how many times did you go over the study text and pas papers?

I look forward to you reply, thanks.

    Passed with 74% first attempt.
Hard working from day 1 has paid off.
My advice is to practice a lot not just reading past papers.
We should sacrifice personal time but it is extremely deliberating when you see the word pass!
1 more to go before being affiliate!
    Have a lovely summer!!

6th attempt. 45 marks. I thought i can pass. really want to give up.

    Hi Quigiang

why you dont switch to another paper? After failing P5 4 times I switched to P6 and P4 and passed both first time. I kind of knew that P5 was not good exam for me.

51 marks, finally passed on my 7th attempt. Examiner is overly focused on granting the marks only if you link your answer to the scenario otherwise he will not give u passing marks evenif u show good understanding to the theory of the models. Have been covering well all syallabus but only started putting more effort on exam question in my last 3 attempts. Dont leave out any topic of syllabus and do the exam question again and over again. I printed all exams from Dec15 till June2010. Didnt even read the notes in last two attempts. Read the examiner articles too that helps. Use common sense in exam and remain in time limits as other parts could be way easier. ugly looking questions like part b or c of any question can be very easy and less time consuming but when we spend most of our time on answering our favourite well prepared topic(which was more difficult and time consuming) we couldnt looked into that part of the question properly that is where we drop our chance of passing the exam so pls remain in time limits. Good luck for your exams i liked the syllabus but passing this exam requires you to give 4-5 liner explanation of the model thats it and be specific to the scenario. EVA learn by heart and do all exam questions in which EVA has appeard with assumptions. Best wishes

Me too, I failed 2nd time. I got 44 when I knew I wrote the correct things. I want to apply for administrative review

Hi, administrative review is waste of time and you will only pay for your marks’ recalculation. I think if you want to get to the details of your answer there is different way how to do it but I personally think it is not a good idea. They wont change their results. I thought I answered P5 paper correctly 4 times but failed each sitting.
