passed p7 with 68 and p4 with 50 in my first try. Couldn’t have asked for more. Really didn’t expect to pass p4 as I knew I hadn’t done it as well as my p7 . so yes special thanks to god.

Passed with 54.I’m here still in shock.I battled with this paper long and hard.I realise the key though is ensuring you finish the paper. Praises to God!

    Congz to those who passed

    Got 49%.

Anyway I know I must have messed up in Section A coz I found section-B rather fine

If only the examiner gave me that 1mark, I would be an affiliate now.
But I thank GOD I passed P1 with 63% coz it was some other monster..

June sitting here I come to clear P4..

Your knowledge is still fresh now. I would encourage you to consider March, unless there are other considerations (e.g Financial, Serious time constraints). Your score is basically a pass, just bad luck. You could probably write another P4 exam right now and score almost the same.

I remember writing in P4 June 16 and failing with 36, but I chose to resit immediately again in september and passed with 68. I was much more able to focus on improving my exam technique, since the underknowledge gained in preparation for June was still fresh.

Passed P4 with 54% and FINALLY finished. I took P4 in Dec 15, Mar & June 16 and failed, high forties every time. Decided to do P5 in September 16 and passed and then went back to P4. Thanks to Open Tuition for all the help.
    Much appreciated.

Failed P4 with 40%, not at all surprised as the exam didn’t go well at all.
This is my final paper so will be resitting P4 in march for the third and final time.

Well done to all who passed, better luck next time to those who didn’t get the result they hoped for.

    49% 3rd attempt!

Impossible!! it was the best Acca paper I have ever written, i am starting to believe that there is actually a set limit for granting pass marks to students.. If no. of passed students exceed lets say 50% for P4 or other Professional exams, because ACCA has a standard to maintain about their qualifications, so they remain competitive in the market!

Hi everyone firstly many congrats to all those who passed

I failed at 47 I attempted q1 except c part due to time pressure than in section B i fully attempted hedging question which was q3 i guess and for q4 I attempted only part a which was of 11 marks I guess I panicked due to time pressure

Now I am confused what should I do my confidence is shattered and I am worried about p4 its my last paper left

Let’s not give up.. Let’s push one more time.. Let’s go for it. This paper is also messing me up. I don’t know what to do now, but will retake it in March. I’m also left with P4 and have attempted it more times

@Sami, please don’t give up. I was in similar situation last year, had 45 in June 2016, 46 in September 2016 and finally passed with 56 at this sitting. I will advise you practice more questions and answers and also work on examination techniques. All the best bro
