Hi, I am planning to take the P3 exam for the first time in June by self-study. Does anyone have any revision guide and exam tips for P3 please?Hi damm1, I found this to be a really good study guide and the one I used for my studies for P3.
https://opentuition.com/acca/p3/p3-study-guide/
I also watched each P3 lecture on the opentuition site and then used the summarised notes at the link below that supported the lectures. I made my own condensed written notes (mainly regurgitating the various models) and reviewed these before sitting the exam. I also tried to read most of the technical articles on the ACCA website under the exam resources section and worked my way through previous P3 papers and solutions. I didn’t put myself under any exam conditions to sit a paper and see how I did. I just tried to read questions and answers along with examiners reports and learn as much information as I could and trusted that when I got into the exam I’d be able to apply the relevant knowledge to the particular scenario in the question. Tried to keep answers in bullet point format so I knew which points I’d made already rather that getting lost in a paragraph of information.
Best of luck in June.
