Congrats to all those who passed! Any advice for September sitters? I.e. How you prepared for this exam, study tips, past paper reviews, models, etc? Thanks!

I suggest forget about theory and focus on the past exam papers. Try to exercise as much as possible and try to make mental reference to actual worldwide situations.
In exam try to split questions into as many parts as possible and leave empty spaces. Then write relevant ideas as you attack the question / text.
For June 2016 P3 exam I spent only 1 day to exercise the past 2 exam papers. In my last 2 sits I re-read Kaplan books 2-3 times, but failed with 45-46.
    At last I passed P3 and P2.
I was re-assured that ACCA P level exams are much more interested in common knowledge + some theory application.

i failed but all the same i thank God, but honestly speaking i dont understand why i failed cus i had put in much effort in P3 than i had with p2.

It’s very demotivating but i know My God that started with me from F1 i know He is still alive and i know He would end with me in peace but not in pieces

Markx doesnt matter in acca . just a pass is neccesary

Did you guys read all the technical articles? I thought I did fairly well but failed with 45 again. I thought I applied theories and knowlege to the scenarios pretty well although I kind of messed up with the decision tree.I wish I could have a feed back note. Now I am kind of lost as to how I need to study to pass this paper. Please share your study methods with me and help.

yes,you are right, but just for safety of margin. my advice to you for passing p3 is that understanding tech articles, key book knowledge/models, practice as many past paper as you can, attempt all question, don’t leave blank, writing as fast as posdible, but eligible for marking, try use good english, that is enough.

I read all articles but you will notice that Ken Garret wrote many of them and lot of content is actually in OT notes.

So happy I have finally passed this paper. I was not expecting a pass but so thankful, this is a good day indeed. For those who did not get the results they wanted do not give up.
I have been where you are now, failing with 47% so heart breaking but I stuck it out and turned my fail into a PASS.
