I decided to let the examiner decide by saying the company cud be an expedient or a social ecologist depending on the real intentions which weren’t fully given in the question haha π ‘when in doubt confuse the examiner’ was what I did.. πi think that should be deep ecologist as humans have no rights to end other species
June 9, 2017 at 7:38 am #392082What was the question 3c specifically asking for again?
June 9, 2017 at 7:49 am #392094What i thought for 2nd question was the same like management of shares by a fund manager. Voluntary disclosure qould have helped in a way that the clients investing do not have clear picture of their investment in case of shares they dont know what information company provides the information is held by the fund managers. Disclosure will creat transparency, address concerns of clients, reputation, attract capital, increase confidence of current investors
June 9, 2017 at 6:44 pm #392302Hey guys- lurker but first time poster…
Anyway, I thought it was OK to be honest. Annoyed that there was hardly any “easy marks” for theory and that.. What did everyone do for the last part of Question 4? It asked about risk and boards responsibility in context of what happened… I was so confused, I wrote about three different answers, hoping one was what examiner wanted!

Part c was all about social and environmental audit, how they impact environmental reporting β first part was explaining what they meant and the process, then I linked to the case..Part c was about risk management, criticizing management’ approach to risk management if remember correctly. I don’t remember environment reporting in question 4, where did you sit in exam? was it in UK? Anyone remember last part of question 4 please?
June 9, 2017 at 8:19 pm #392340No you are right, I remember now, I got mixed up, thanks for clarifying. It was about explaining board responsibility and risk management..I can’t remember the exact question.
June 13, 2017 at 11:37 am #392980I guess there should be a change in examiner where March’17 and June’17 Questions especially Q1 is not consistent with the past year questions. The way question being asked is quite different and difficult. There were more critical thinking needed instead of theory and i feel like answering P3 paper which has lead many of my college students clueless. Mar’17- The P1 exam has the lowest passing rate than P1 and P3.Whatever happened for June Questions can’t be undo, I hope P1 exams for September and so on will be consistent with the past year.

June 13, 2017 at 11:05 pm #393067What was the right format for professional marks in Q1? I recall that letter to stakeholders was required. Was it 1st or 3rd person?
Thanks
