General ACCAACCA Mitigating Circumstances Request

Hi I received an email from ACCA for ACCA Mitigating Circumstances Request saying 'Thank you for the correspondence relating to your Performance Management examination sitting. I can confirm that the details outlined in your submission have been recorded and will indeed be considered prior to the finalisation of your mark.' but I never filed any complain for my exam on December even that I had some technical issues. Does anyone receive the same? Thank you
