I do not know why, but I am unable to receive a change of password in my email. I forgot my login password and whenever I click on FORGOT PASSWORD I do not receive any email for password change. And so far, I have been unable to log in. Help please ???.

Okay, thank you. Also, how will is the process of result announcement carried out? Will it be sent to our email, or how will they be announced?

I believe you can opt-in to receive your results by email or text on your myacca page.

For example, to receive by text message ACCA write the following-

“You need to opt in to receive results by text. You can opt in using myACCA:

select ‘account administration’
select ‘receiving communications from ACCA’
under the ‘mobile phone number’ section, you will be provided with the option to receive your results by text. You must enter a valid mobile number for this option to appear
tick ‘I would like to receive notification of my exam results by text message’.
You must opt in to this service at least seven days before results are released. You only need to opt in once, all future results will then be sent by text.”

Results are also available on the ACCA site by logging into your account on results day. Due to overwhelming traffic received this can be difficult. I would suggest you make sure you are signed up to receive your results by text or email. Hope this helps.
