Does anyone have a white screen and definitely isn’t waiting on results of their final exam(s)?
@redrose, please tell us, what was page like earlier today/yesterday?
@ ameen45450, please what do you mean by the word “normal now”Friends,
Here is my thinking, the update is been done by Region, Country or Surname.Can we do something now to put some people’s mind at rest?
For those that have seen change on myacca page and probably the result, please mention the the first letter in your surname and the Region you’re from, your Country if possible.I know we can make some sense out of this.
I’m from Nigeria, Africa. My surname starts with E.

In 3 days we’ll have our results and will know truth. We need to be patient and and wait 3 days. I wish we all pass
I wonder if log in problems are because of the passwords? I couldn’t log in so used the reset option. When I tried a new password, it said it must be numbers only (I previously used all letters).
Has anyone asked ACCA what the white screens mean, whether a temporary site or linked to affiliate status?

I sat my second last exam so therefore not a finalist and my screen is white.
It doesnt mean anything im afraid.I’m afraid too, ACCA might be having serious system glitch has they’ve right acknowledged.
As at Saturday, no update whatsoever was done on my record. As a matter of fact, both section A and B was still holding my june 2012 result.
Lets hope they got things sorted before 8th.
*sad face* guess i’ll just have to wait like everyone else…hate the suspense and that ‘white screen’ thing really got my hopes up as P7 was really hard and i don’t want to do it again!
Gwen2000, i doubt ur looking at the same ‘white page’ as the rest of the finalists. Can you please describe what u see on your page. It is unlikely that a non- finalist is able to view an associate’s page.
i logged into myACCA and it’s back to the old format. For those who have exams still to sit, does the exam entry screen work?
strange…logged in again and i have the white screen…it’s seriously playing up! Is there a way/link to getting results or was it a genuine error?
@gwen2000ie on your white screen does it have the option (3rd main box down) for ‘apply for membership’ ? i wonder if different users have different white screens?
Has anyone phoned ACCA to ask them the meaning of all this?
@Marcbh1 The white screen that 99% of the finalists are seeing is the same (link to membership etc). The only non- finalist here who appears to get a white screen is gwen2000. Not sure what his white screen shows.
Please remember that one user has confirmed he saw a pass on Saturday (when the results were leaked) but DOES NOT see a white screen and continues to see the original layout

My page didnt not change yet, howver i have been told dat i have passed all my papers ( my friend viewed my result on saturday). n now im conbfused. im sure my friend doesnt lie LOL. i hacve attempted p4 and P7 dec 2012 session.

Wite screen isn’t guarantee for success – only real result is 100% truth, so don’t speculate and just wait till Friday. I hope all will be happy. God bless us!
Ive spoken to a few colleagues who are fully qualified and they have said that this occurs on a regular basis. Seems that ACCA have experienced this problem before in that students have been able to see results before the official date.
hi guys…i am also speculating that the white page indicates that you have passed. However, i was told be a fellow acca affiliates that his page only changed after his results came out……or did student’s MYACCA change too soon because of the ‘glitch’?
I think that too Michael – however Flet84 said he saw a pass on Saturday and his page hasnt changed….perhaps its done on a phased approach by Country etc?

It’s possible that some people have indeed passed but will not see the white screen if the passed exam(s) aren’t their final ones. I can’t believe ACCA won’t give an explanation…it’s either a temporary site while the results are being uploaded, it’s a premature move to affiliate or its random!
The anxiety is boiling over in this forum.
Btw I’m an affiliate and yesterday, I have happened to find a link whereby ACCA apparently allows affiliates to take further exams probably for the remaining optional papers that were not taken. Upon clicking the link, nothing came out. Very cheeky!
Anyway, chill out and wait till Friday. Ok, I keep you guys anxious all over again…
