    I tried paying fee online on 8th April but a problem occured and was unable to. I emailed ACCA on 11th. They said they’ll investigate and tell me what to do. I received their response today on 19th. Now since the standard date has passed will i be made to pay the late fee or will they take into account that the circumstances were beyond my control.

    @bret420,

    it will depend on how lucky you are.
    They should take into account that your e-mail about problems with payment was sent before the deadline.
    However, there is a big chance that u’ll have to pay late entry fees.

    If the system asks u to do so (in case if u pay by card), then , i strongly suggest u to call ACCA instead of messaging them and waiting their written response, because now they are quite busy and might reply u ..in two weeks or more.
    and ur matter is urgent.

    only ACCA can give u the answer to your question.

    good luck

    Thanks Ansi. I received a call today from their local office. They’ve entered me for the exam and told me there wouldn’t be a late fee but to make sure i pay once i sort out the issue now with the bank. The problem was with my account in My ACCA.
