Hello,
As I am now starting to apply for roles as an affiliate, I was wondering if I could get some insight as to how to describe myself to recruiters and on my CV.
I have over 9 years experience in AP roles so have ticked off the 36 months time requirement. However, I have not ticked off all my PER objectives. I would love to get into a role that I would be able to tick off all my objectives.
Most roles advertised specify either: Qualified, Newly Qualified, and some (not many) ask for Finalists.
I know ACCA would say that I am a ‘Passed Finalist’ however, this is not a term recruiters use.
Any insight would be useful as to what these terms mean to recruiters in the general market.
Thank you.
You are “newly qualified” – i.e. you have passed the ACCA qualification.
Thank you!
You’re welcome!
