October 17, 2016 at 9:42 am #344080Hey, U are not alone in this kind of challenge. It is the same with me. However, I do not give up. I probably attempted F9 – 9 times. I passed this time. It maybe that u are not that bad, and that u just need to understand exam techniques. And hope a lot on luck – that your area of interest or understanding has been asked more.
Good luck.Don’t give up
October 17, 2016 at 1:09 pm #344238No don’t give up!!
Perhaps you are doing too much – are you taking one exam at a time?
Sooo many people feel like this but you must think of how far you’ve come and (despite how you feel right now…..) how close you are to finishing!!
I work full time and do self study – as do thousands out there – and it’s very doable 🙂
Studying is just like going to the gym: most of the time you don’t want to do it, especially if you’re exhausted after a long day, but you must be disciplined and just DO IT!You’ll be there soon, just have faith.
October 18, 2016 at 1:25 am #344482Hey thanks for the replies.Yes im not going to up.Going to try again.I took F9,p2 and P7 since im doing it full time. But i find it very time consuming to take 3 exams per session.I failed all. Then this september i took P7 and F9 without clearing P2.I had some audit experience so i found P7 quite doable.Again i failed.I guess the choice of my paper is wrong.I should have cleared P2 first before attempting P7.
October 18, 2016 at 7:29 am #344524I had to drop to one exam per session because I was failing 1 out of 2 (sometimes 2 out of 2) so now it’ll to take me soooo much longer to finish 🙁
After 7 years of AAT/ACCA I’m getting REALLY fed up!
However, I have a job which I’m gaining experience in and employer who’s willing to fund my ‘slow progress’ so there’s no rush really – it’s just I want it to be over (like so many others out there). One day I’ll look back and laugh at all this…….I hope!!
October 18, 2016 at 8:22 am #344563Don’t give up – stick with and concentrate on one paper at a time. Its taken me 10 yrs in-between having 5 children and failing F9 (four times (that’s an evil paper). I’ve just qualified and actually cried with relief as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. You’ll get there just slow down and think one hurdle at a time. Good luck 🙂

Don’t give up! I have just finally passed P6 and have finished my qualification all the time working full time and for the last few years with being pregnant and young children.
You can do it – trying to do 3 is too much don’t be so hard on yourself
October 22, 2016 at 9:23 am #345545I failed F4 4 times. Reading posts above… those guys have been through worse than me. Only quit ACCA if you think it is right. If you’re quitting because of the “frustration” then re-think.
October 22, 2016 at 11:50 am #345571Yes dont give up..i know it gets frustrating sometime but keep going 🙂 i also passed F9 in third try
