Fumiao, I got 49 marks in last sitting n 48 marks in sitting before last sitting. sigh… really tired. Just enrolled for the coming sitting on Sep 15. Hope we can pass this paper in our next sitting.

do not worry we will , even sometimes we need little luck to pass exam , i used to get 50 and 51marks in f 5 ,f9 . so whatever forget the past, do not let it interrupt you, start it again. i know why i failed, this time i got only 6 marks from multiple questions, last time i got 16 marks.so i think i am getting better for writing questions. every time the exam is different , first we accept it, then find the weakness , find where we did wrong ,we try over again, we may get better marks , maybe higher than we expect . sad is no help, nobody is always lucky, F 8 really is very interest subject , i start to like it. as my experience, what hurt you, you can get more from it, we have to pass it ,in order to continue. study is more important than result. good luck chuayiherng. sorry for my poor english.

I attempted this paper more than once and was not discourage by the marginal marks I received – 45 to 49; it is stressful, knowing that you’ve worked for the passing marks and is disappointed with a 44 score. It MUST NOT BE THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please try and practice more – attempting harder questions and check the answer after. Do one exam secession – three (3 hrs) hours before retire to bed daily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Solid prep!!!

Passed on 1st attempt with 63% – was half convinced I’d failed this one!
Could have done better if I’d used my study leave more wisely…
sorry, but i had scored 49 just like you previously but now 62. So my advice is that you should work the kit fully and concentrate on the answering technique .you will make it for sure.
passed with 60… I hated the exam, if you are not working in the UK it is practically useless knowledge… too bad there is no International / Global variant… Some of the international aspects could be covered there like transfer pricing, double taxation treaties, or something…
Failed 44%.
Prepared for the exam in 6 weeks – went through textbook, made a thorough revision but very little question time. I think that was my biggest fault.
With that being said, I was still expecting at least a pass mark. I would be a hypocrite if I said I’m not disappointed.
