Hi
I’m really really struggling with F8 AA. I feel like it’s so complicated and I am trying to just sit and memorize it which I know is really bad. Like the examples of audit risks, and the test of controls and substantive procedures, I’m just trying to memorize them. I really dont understand how to study and how to learn and understand rather than memorize. I really want to improve my exam technique. I only have 1.5 months til the exam. I don’t know how I’m gonna pass this. I also wanted to ask, should I study from BPP or Kaplan for F8 AA? I started with BPP but it’s so wordy and complicated and I’m just memorizing and not understanding. I feel like if I don’t memorize the audit risks, TOC’s and SP’s and other stuff, then when I get a question I’ll just go blank and write really basic general answers and lose all the marks. Please tell me how to study and which book to use, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks 🙂
