I found it quite tough today….
    MCQs were tricky(theoritical) , I dont know i got maximum A….
    I got 29-D 30-D, Forget the question…
I did a blunder, i chosed efficiency and answer was effectiveness….

Q-31 was easy, Hope to get 15 on it…
OMG 32-A i lost totally, So B was also gone…
    I managed good at 32 C…..

    The ans i rember – maximin- 400
    7500 units
    6800 Fav
    400 Adverse
MCQ 1 ans was C for me

13.7 ( Not 2….. Because Its Production Cost – target cost……. Non productive cost are excluded , in my view
    I forgot others…

    hope to pass…
    Overall was a tough paper….
i wana know was the answer flow cost accounting true???

I did…that’s correct. Expected cost – target cost which was 29.25, also one of choices to throw us off

I found this exam tough. The MCQ’s were more theoretical. I was did disappointed not to get any questions on demand equation, learning rate (apart from one MCQ which again was theory) and no activity based costing questions.
Overall the questions were not following the trend of the past papers. I was lost on the last question. Think I did ok on 31.
I made a change in my answer for the enterprise resourse system from inputting into sales ledger not being part of it to strategic planning but now I think ot actually was the sales ledger answer.
Overall I found this really tough and will be lucky to scrape 50%

    Same answer 2.05.
As i remember, estimated cost is 29.25, target cost is 31.3, therefore cost gap is 2.05. Hope it is correct

I hate those maximin and minimax questions. For both, I answered the same the A. i.e. the lowest. Why examiner didn’t you put a maximax question?? 🙁

Also for q.1 about lifecycle costing did you include the depreciation in calculation. I confused and left it back. i put the C option which was the highest. even there for simple calculation examiner distract me.

In last question i did not had time to do it. so I lost all the marks there. Again this time management. I think i fail for the last question.

Also about the question on services in Sect.B it confused me. I choose the answer where says about perishability of services… and not the option I can’t remember what was it exactly.

For Q1, i did not include depreciation in calculation. Just checked and depreciation is manufacture cost in life cycle costing. I confused and i decided wrong answer, so sad 🙁

Q32 was confusing. I ranked by contribution per limited resource(betta?) 1. Cookies 2.Cakes then finally 3.Shakes which left 12,000-10,060=1940 grams after maximum demand(each shake used 1gram) So I calculated shortage as 5000-1940= 3060 and total profit as total contribution from sales-fixed costs.
