For ACCA F5 – Performance Management, there are only lectures for first 19 chapters (excluding chapter 4). however, there are 21 chapters in the notes. Where are the lectures for chapter 20 and chapter 21?

There are no lectures for ch. 20 and 21.

You must read these two chapters on your own, if a lecture was needed, there would have been one.

Can the lecture notes be used for September 2018 exam? Or will there be an updated version?

I assume that you have looked at the syllabus on the ACCA website and will therefore have seen that the syllabus is not changing for September. As a result the lectures are notes will not be changing.

However you should not use the lecture notes on their own. They are only lecture notes and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.
If you are not watching the lectures for any reason then you need to buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved publishers and study from them.
