Dear Sir Assalam -o -Aliakum

please inform me can i get marks if i did not fill bubble in my answer booklet rater then just tick MCQ IN Question Paper i lost my marks out of 60 just because i dill not fill bubble just give answer to tick MCQ ON Question Paper

If you did not fill in the answer sheet then you are likely to have lost marks.

The ACCA often fills it in for you, but they do not have to do that.

can i request to ACCA Body to accommodate of such mistake and allow me marks

There is no point in asking because they will refuse and say that you should have read the exam rules 🙁
