    Hi,

Congratulations on passing F5 πŸ™‚ lucky you, i had 46% so close πŸ™

I see you are studying towards F7 now. I’ve got BPP text book, revision kit and pass cards that i do not want to look at again lol . I wondered whether you have purchased any study materials yet ? if not would you be interested? I would let them all go for Β£50 including postage if you are in UK?

They are for exams till August 2015 but as far as i know material have not changed.

Please let me know if you are looking to buy some books.

    Regards

I found that in addition to the OT lectures, the technical articles from ACCA were really useful. It uses alot of context to enchance the understanding behind the topics we were learning.

Could you please give a link on them? Thanks in advance!

first exam for me in acca, failed 39% first attempt. Does anybody know if there are any chances to see my paper ie questions i did wrong?

I have previously heard that it’s possible to request an administrative review if you wanted, and it would let you know if you passed or fail each question for section B, I think. I’ve found the link here:

    https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results/admin-reviews.html

    The link mentions:

” The administrative reviews allow ACCA to ensure transparency and fairness, and are available for all qualifications that are assessed by paper based exam. However, this is not a re-marking service.

As part of your Administrative Review we will confirm whether or not you reached the pass standard in each question you have attempted. This will take the form of Pass or Fail. Please note, only an overall Pass or Fail for the full multiple choice question section will be given when applicable. The actual marks for each question will not be disclosed and examination scripts will not be returned.”

I hope that this can assist you, and best of luck at future sittings.

Congrats to those who passed and wish the success to those who were not very lucky this time!
I am now preparing for June session but am thinking postponing to September as I feel this level requires much of practice.
Can you, guys, advise me, were the questions similar to those in Kits and OT. I am using Kaplan Kit. Are material on OT and Kit enough?

    SsandwichH,
were you preparing properly for those 4 attempts? Was it because you failed some important information that you didn’t have or because time for preparation wasn’t enough or…?

No problem, the technical articles for F5 are here: https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f5/technical-articles.html

They were really useful, especially when revising, and there are also further videos at the bottom on certain topics too.

Hi, I am planning to pass the June exam, I just started the preparation, do I have a chance or should I leave it for September as it is too short to get ready for June?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

    second attempt F5 pass 57%.

    First attempt F6 pass 52%.

To God be all the glory. special thanks to the Opentuition team for their great expertise. I relied wholly on their materials and I made it up.

I regret why I didn’t make use of their materials at my first attempt F5. But thank God for a great treasure found, opentuition.

Keep it up and God bless you all.

    Hello,
I’m sitting for the second attempt in june for paper f5 and i’m wondering wheather it’s true that at your second or third and so on attempt the difficulty level increases? or just all students have the same thesis regardless of the number of times attempted?
