Yeah but I felt like a messed up a bit with the 61% the other part of the question was about the expected values of the contract. I am just praying I passed.

For example, an annual churn rate of 25 percent implies an average customer life of four years. source- Wikipedia
June 7, 2017 at 9:26 pm #391598Just checked on google and saw that attrition is also called churn rate and it’s 25% for 4 years. For the life cycle question
June 7, 2017 at 9:37 pm #391600So this makes the first sentence correct? An f5 genius response will be appreciated :p
June 7, 2017 at 9:40 pm #391603On section B which manager was responsible for monthly sales mix review?

Number 10 Mcq on target costing states which one was not a feature of target costing. so i put in Competitor action on price.
For ABC costing i got $3 cost per head for each cost driver
Anyone remember about that 9000 unit foxed cost mcqs i got $41000
and for security control i choose put a barrier on level of access as they stated manager have given the passwords for updating some information. so if a manager gives u access to his ID for some work he.she would not want you to have access to salaries part so a barrier should be made on the level of information
June 8, 2017 at 12:46 am #391639Right I have done the same for cost per production unit for each driver is $3
(4.25*9000)+1000 fixed cost rise+1750 fixed from high low method=$41000
Relevant cost of Q is (30+20) labor and V.O.H + 15 contribution lost of diversity =$65
Question 31 A) $972000 incremental budgetJune 8, 2017 at 1:02 am #391642AnonymousInactive- Topics: 1

Don’t know exact about incremental budgeting answers. but i did some addition in the first 2 notes and on number 3 note i did cut the cost of 1 labour as it says now it has 15 labour force which was 16 in 2006.
June 8, 2017 at 1:13 am #391646Relevant Cost is $75
Labour and Machine 20+30 = $50
Lost Contribution (15+10) = $25Usage Mix Variance is $120A
Act mix cost $1560
Std mix for act
3/5*120 = 72 * 10 $720
2/5* 120 = 48 * 15 $720 $1440June 8, 2017 at 1:17 am #391649Act mix cost $1560
Std mix for act
3/5*120 = 72 * 10 $720
2/5* 120 = 48 * 15 $720 $1440
$120AJune 8, 2017 at 1:52 am #391655There is a step up FC, easy to use equation method.
@5000u: 23000 = 5000*VC + FC
@7000u: 31500 = 7000*VC + FC+500VC = $4/u
FC = $3000therefore @9000u: 9000*4 + (3000+500+500) = $40000.

June 8, 2017 at 2:09 am #391659Optimum point lies in Demand for x (x = 1000) and Labour.
New optimum will be x = 1000 and y = 1800.02I forgot the objective function, i think the shadow price is $1.06 or $1.6 something like that.
