Can anyone help with my queries below:
1. I see the Questions are now posted online, but do we know when the Answer sheets will be published?
2. On Question (3) on seasonal variations, I answered part (a) using the linear regression analysis method. I now realise that they wanted you to “assume a proportional (multiplicative) model.” Does anyone think that I will get any marks out of the ten available? Or a big fat zero? The answers provided seemed sensible by the method I used – i.e. arouind c 1,300k or so which continued the upward trend.Thank you.
July 5, 2012 at 7:23 am #101764I can only try to answer your 2nd question I’m afraid. You might get marks for getting the right answer, and maybe a couple of marks for your working…but as the question was pretty specific with the method it wanted you to calculate the answer, I wouldn’t expect many more than that.
Sorry I can’t give you better news 🙁 if it’s any consolation – you attempted more than I did with that question!!
