ok with that because I honestly thought that I failed the exam. I did not read one chapter in the text book I only listened to Mike’s lectures and I spent way too much time on contracts and hardly on the other topics. I am now convince that listening to the F4 lectures is enough to pass the exam
could anybody who passed with high mark, giving me suggestion on how to pass this exam?
I have studied a lot but I failed (41). thank you

Mat u must first of all try to learn examiner answer secondly must mention the name of cases as it matters a lot

the second suggestion is my biggest weak point. the cases.
I can remember the scenario but not the names (x v y, z v k ecc.) is it a big gap?
