Hi guys, can anyone advise me on how to pass my F4 paper. I’ll be writing the F4 paper in July. I just started studying my text. I don’t know if I’ve got enough time to practice well.. Advice please!.

Questions were majorly on share loan capital and capital maintainable, constitution of company, company formation,fraudulent and criminal behaviours ,insolvency and administration and also few questions from formation of contracts nd their term.like 40% of the question was also on company meetings and resolution , companydirectors and ccompany officers .
For those that haven’t written u can also practice the cbe online test it free.some question came from there and bpp question kitThe questions varry,
However you need to have good understanding of theory because objective questions are the most tricky questions.The revision kit just guides you on how the examiner examines but its not a guarantee that they will be the same questions in the real exam.
Just make sure that you practice all the mocks…

am starting f4 f5 f6 this July…anyone can help me how to plan my studies since I will have exam on Dec ’16. The issue is I am studying while working on permanent job.
Husein. RgdsShahid, neither cbe nor paper based is either easier or harder than the other
The questions are the same – just the way in which answers are submitted differs
Hussain, put away your study text and work through the revision kit 4, 5 even 6 times
DO NOT write your answer attempt in the book itself – have a separate piece of paper to hand where you can write your answers
