Question 6 in the practice test,
Rent in arrears at start(2007) should not be substracted?
It is rental income, and so the rent in arrears at the start of the year should be subtracted from the cash received during the year in order to get the income for this year. This is what is done in the answer, which is correct.
Thank you for clearing my confusion.
You are welcome 🙂
