Passed my F2 today (and F1, F3 earlier) with just the help of Open Tuition lectures and BPP Revision Kit. That’s it. Thank you very much for running such a goldmine, Sir John Moffat. Appreciate your selfless efforts that you have put into this website to help students.

    Best Regards,

    Luqman

73 % last Tuesday. I bought the practice tests from ACCA. Pretty similar to the real exams. At least the big 3 questions at the end are fairly similar

Sajjad07, to get 84% what kinds of techniques & material have you used to study?
I passed on 15/3/2017 with 54% for the first attempt but I wasnt actually happy with that low %age.

@evam I should say sajjad07 studied the syllabus and practiced well.

On my first attempt I got 49% that was just 3 days back. I wrote it on 17.03.17 and secured 71%. All I did was listened to all the OT lectures. I failed because of theory. I studied the text again, made sure I understood the concept. Practice as many questions as you can, both calculations and theoretical.

jocathy27, Yes, I know that I did something wrong, of course, I had the wrong technique that’s why I asked how they prepared for the exam.
For example, OT mock exam was 87% before the exam. Yes, in the future I am going to focus more on complex questions as I think I lost a lot of mark at the end. Thanks anyway! 🙂

@caron 95 Don’t worry you have enough time to prepare. just familiarize yourself with the topics as you prepare. Concentrate on theories as well. Its a mix of calculations and theories. Use an approved provider revision kit. Make use of open tuition resources.

Lectures are of great help. Follow up the forums. Read other posts and their opinion about their exam experience.

Concentrate on PART C D E.. especially for theories. I felt they were lots of theoretical questions from these topics.

    All the best !!!
