Hi,
Is anyone else having issues with the ethics and professionalism module you do direct with ACCA (the new one from Nov 2017)
I am stuck on the final 6 questions (strategic options) where you have to calculate the profit based on certain business routes taken.
I am continually getting 0 out of 6 even though I believe at least 2-3 of my answer are correct!
ACCA have only responded saying they aren’t aware of any technical issues and I should contact my learning provider. (who don’t believe they can help but are contacting the head of programmes)
If any one is having the same problem or could offer me any support I would really appreciate it!

I am having problems with my Ethics module. It’s frozen and I have reached the last part of Unit 4 where you have to upload the SWOT analysis. I can’t get into the module at all. I have sent an email to ACCA and they have said it will take upto 10working days to get back to me. I’m really tensed as I have spent a lot of time and I’m worried that I have lost everything and now I will be told to start from the beginning.
It’s pathetic that such a large global organisation is not able to solve such IT issues immediately.
Has anybody else faced such issues. Please advise thx

Did you manage to get the technical support? Are you at the end of the module? – that’s where I encounter the problems.
I have gotten BPP Head of ACCA involved and she isn’t getting anywhere either. I called up the helpline who confirmed they were having technical issues but when I email it they are saying there aren’t any issues and I am just getting the answers wrong.
so basically – 3 months on still no where. Very frustrating from a global institute like you say, especially to have this stress when I’m passing the exams, to potentially have my membership held up from an online module.
can anyone tell the answers of unit 7 financial forecasting where you have to
1.calculate current sales profit margin ( pre exit) before MEXIT ?
2. calculate the forecast net profit of Telford Engineering post exit (after MEXIT) assuming all staff who resign are replaced to the nearest $M‘000
3.Calculate the forecast post exit (after MEXIT) accounting department costs as a percentage of sales on the assumption that all staff who resign, pre-MEXIT, are replaced. (To the nearest whole percentage)Does anybody know how the ethics module is marked? Do they take the overall average or do you have to pass each and every test to pass the Ethics Module. Thanks

Just worked out how to get 75% on the final assessment Unit 7 : Data Analytics
I did it with out excel so definitely possible so recommend having a go and testing yourself
