ACCA Equivalence to 16 Years education from HEC-Pakistan.

I am close to achieve my ACCA Membership, but I started my ACCA before 12years of education (Intermediate in my case.). Strangely, HEC does not provide the equivalence to 16 years education to such cases where you started ACCA before Intermediate. Is there any other way to achieve 16 years equivalence.?
I am not in a mood to spend another 02 years for a masters programme. I just need 16 years of equivalence.
