is ti possible to do accounting job in general not any particular role as a freelancer or to be precise do it distantly. I live in Italy and would like to set my shop here and some services for interesting parties.

Any suggestions ?

Are you an ACCA member? If so, then you can contact ACCA and they will provide guidance, including on the need to have a practicing certificate if you intend to undertake certain types of work. You also need to ensure you are in compliance with local regulations.
