I haven’t started taking ACCA yet, I just wonder if there are other options besides ACCA? Firstly, I am quite interested in accounting but I do not intend to work as an accountant. I am considering taking ACCA (F1-F9 + OBU) as a pathway for me to enter the workforce as an undergraduate, meaning I might take other roles other than accountant.
There is Association of Business Executives (https://www.abeuk.com/), but I feel that it is not prestigious as ACCA though. I compare CIMA with ACCA, obviously ACCA is more affordable in terms of cost and time.
I plan to take F1-F9 and OBU, but of course more likely I won’t fulfill Practical Experience Requirement.
Do you guys have any other recommendations? I just need an undergraduate qualification, it can be of accounting or other business related discipline (like banking, investment and etc), preferably affordable and having the option to self-study.

“I always think, an accountant can be a manager but a manager cannot be an accountant.”
Try to make a list of the roles you want to do and then choose a flexible degree.

If I proceed from FIA, am I still eligible to opt-in OBU?

Best of luck!
