Is there a sense to make a complaint regarding exam results, please advise I’ve got 49%?
Eventually passed AFM, third time lucky!
Finally an affiliate – it was a long journey. Many thanks to OpenTuition for providing invaluable resources which helped me a lot along the way.
@Mateusz: You can apply for an administrative review but the general consensus is that it makes very little sense because they would just re-calculate the marks but wouldn’t review the exam again. As far as I know, each marginal fail (a little less than 50%, not sure how much exactly) is checked three times. I was also tempted to apply for that because I had 49% in the December session but eventually decided it’d probably make more sense not to spend the money and just prepare for the next attempt.HEY my passing exam tip is to do all the last 5 attempts again on again on the CBE ACCA platform under the exam conditions and do it 130 mins for question1 and 45 mins for 2 and 3 questions. set online timer and when its up stop writing. AFM IS very overwhelming and very lengthy. its manageable with the right strategies i did my study with sir Abeel ahmed from ASA pakistan. and prepare to pass with sir hussain qazi from TSA. also if youre stuck somewhere dont waste your time getting it correct 100% . just stick to ur concepts and do your best.
my personal tip is always do theory first cuz those are easy marks. always do theory first , CBE CAn be overwhelming but its helps and saves time with the formatting. all the best to everyone.

i passed at my third attempt with my baby .
at 55%
but i studied everyday 3-4 hours. sometimes just read articles vuz i was too tired to solve the questions. also read KAPLAN BOOK TWICE! the paper is changing it has more theory and less calculations so have your theory on the spot..
