im new member for opentuition ACCA i read rules and regulations for this memebers so i want keep and respact, i want to study F1 topic how can i get materials and my question is when finish my study professional ACCA can i get certificate?

Opentuition doesn’t provide classes at set times. There are lectures which you can watch or download at any time, and notes to accompany them. You can also ask questions to tutors on the Ask The Tutor section of the forum.
As long as you have an account (which you do, seeing as you can post in the forum) you can access everything available. Use the red bar at the top to navigate.
