    please tell me whether Phoenix Company its the same thing which directors create under offence “abuse of company name”??

    Yes. It’s where a company dies (is liquidated) and from the ashes the directors start a new company – often leaving the creditors unsatisfied and trying to collect their debt from the dead company whilst the new company, having risen from the ashes (and hence Pheonix) carries on in exactly the same way as the dead company used to carry on
