Absorption costing is very basic topic but still required your help (Felling shame)
–>total cost using absorption costing is calculated as (variable cost+O/H cost using
absorption rate)<–
but one question only use variable cost and O/H using machine hours but not calculate machine cost of making one unit which is also variable cost to arive at full cost
Dont know WHY??
Plz explain if you know the fact..or required any concept..This is very Big question thats why i dont right the whole question..’

Also i do different questions on absorption costing…All are done through the same format..
and my ans on all questions rather then this are correct..so i am going to ignore this question..
