    Our teacher told us that the examiner does not like when the students number their deficiencies and she has specifically mentioned that. is it true? for e.g 6 deficiences

    I have never heard the examiner say anything about numbering. However, whether you use numbers, bullets or just new paragraphs, be sure to explain your points well. So don’t just say:

    Suppliers’ invoices are not authorised.

    Instead say something like:

    Suppliers’ are not authorised and this could mean that incorrect payments are made.
