Our teacher told us that the examiner does not like when the students number their deficiencies and she has specifically mentioned that. is it true? for e.g 6 deficiences

6I have never heard the examiner say anything about numbering. However, whether you use numbers, bullets or just new paragraphs, be sure to explain your points well. So don’t just say:
Suppliers’ invoices are not authorised.
Instead say something like:
Suppliers’ are not authorised and this could mean that incorrect payments are made.
