Dear Mike,
I just watched your recording showing above, and I have some questions about it.
1. How come the deferred consideration(31750) doesn’t shown in D’s receivables? I cancelled this out when I did this question.
2. When you charge the 1750 as a finance charge in A (W3), why there is not an investment gain in D of the same amount?THANKS
The deferred consideration is not payable to Danute and that’s why it isn’t in the Danute Receivables. Similarly, Danute has nothing to do with the deferred consideration unrolled discount.
The money will be paid to the former shareholders of Danute who have sold their shares to Ausra
