I want to ask about syllabus.
Does syllabus change every year?
If it changes, how much does it change.
Does It change totally or they add bit more and rest of it they keep same?
I am very confused because I want to book my F1 test in August and if I fail then in September, do I need to do new course September?

No you don't need new course for September exam if you go for re-take..
Syllabus doesn't change totally..... they just add or remove or amend few topics that also maybe after a year...!
