hi, i just wandering which of the following is not a component of Mintzberg’s model of the orgnisation. Ideology or administration staff? and why?
thanks! anticipating for your reply.The commonest representation of Mintzberg’s model consists of:
Strategic apex
Middle line
Technostructure
Operating line
Support staff.Clearly administration staff can be included in support staff.
Sometimes you will see depictions where the model is surrounded by ideology. So I suppose that, strictly, ideology can be classed as part of the model too.
