About exam rooms.

Sir I need help, sorry I had to post here.
Sir I am attending my F5 exam in a room lived by students, it has full oaf staff not like an office, so I am afraid books, clothes and other staff may be seen in the room would that be a problem?

The room is next to a road, it will be noon but cars may pass the road but not often would it be a problem too sir?

If my exam fail to be launched or during the exam I get technical problem and the exam ends would I get resitting chance.
