what is the difference between unmodified and unqualified audit report?

Modification is anything other than the set pattern of the report. For example emphasis of Matter Paragraph or Except for opinion. Qualification is when the open in qualified like an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion.

Good topic… What i was thinking is unmodified and unqualified is referring to the same thing…
